  Ross M. Young - President & Chief Executive Officer

Ross Young became President and CEO of PEAK Technologies in January, 2006. Prior to joining PEAK Technologies, Mr. Young worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) operations team of Platinum Equity where he was responsible for the transition of acquired businesses. Mr. Young started his career as a sales representative at Racal Datacom Ltd (a Data Communications company based in the UK) where he held various senior management positions including Director and General Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Young relocated to the US following the acquisition of Racal Datacom by Platinum Equity.

Mr. Young was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and went to School at George Heriots Edinburgh and Hull University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Physics.  Mr. Young has more than 27 years experience in the IT Services and Telecommunications industries.

Michele Adams, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Michele Adams joined PEAK Technologies in June, 2003 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for oversight of the finance, accounting, treasury and information technology groups.  Prior to joining PEAK, Ms. Adams served as Assistant Controller at Trigen Energy in Baltimore, MD.  Prior to that Ms. Adams held various finance and management related roles in the waste, hotel/hospitality, and floor covering industries.

Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management with an Accounting certification from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.  Ms. Adams has more than 15 years experience in the finance and accounting areas and 7 years in the Auto ID Industry.

Colleen Miller - Vice President, Customer Solutions

Colleen Miller joined PEAK Technologies in January 2000 to start the companies Inside Sales Team - PEAK Direct.  She currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Solutions where she is responsible for the company's customer and sales support teams, order management, PEAK Response Center, and PEAK Direct. 

Ms. Miller was also a core member of the company's SAP Business Process Owner team responsible for PEAK's internal implementation of SAP company-wide.  Ms. Miller started her career as a young entrepreneur running her own retail establishment for several years.  She moved into the Logistics/Supply Chain Industry over 16 years ago at Preston Company, located in MD, managing the Inside Sales team.

Dennis Bonvouloir - Vice President, North American Sales

Dennis Bonvouloir joined PEAK Technologies in 1997 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales for PEAK's North American Operations.  His current responsibilities include management of all sales and delivery resources within PEAK including PEAK's Enterprise Solution Sales, Telpar sales and Field Sales Professionals.  Prior positions within PEAK included Regional Sales Vice President, Director of Product Management, and Director of Consumable Sales.

Prior to PEAK Mr. Bonvouloir worked for Moore Wallace/RR Donnelley in several sales capacities including Sales Account Executive and Northeast Sales Manager.   Mr. Bonvouloir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bryant University.  Mr. Bonvouloir has more than 24 years experience in the Printing, Auto ID and Technology Industries.

Janet Pelzel - Corporate Counsel

Janet Pelzel has served as Corporate Counsel of PEAK Technologies since May of 2008 with direct responsibility for all legal and risk matters affecting the business.  Prior to joining PEAK Technologies, Ms. Pelzel served as General Counsel and SVP of Human Resources for Wireless Facilities, Inc., an affiliated Platinum Equity portfolio company, and negotiated transactions with some of the largest telecommunications carriers and equipment vendors.  Ms. Pelzel started her legal career in private practice with a law firm in Towson, Maryland before accepting the counsel position at First National Mortgage Corporation.  After the mortgage company was acquired, Ms. Pelzel became VP and Assistant General Counsel at PHH Solutions and Technologies. 

In 2003, Ms. Pelzel returned to Northern Virginia and worked for Computer Sciences Corporation managing one of its largest outsourcing contracts with BAE Systems. Ms. Pelzel holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.  Ms. Pelzel has over twenty years of transactional law experience in the Baltimore/Washington area. 

John Gale - Senior Vice President, Operations

John Gale joined PEAK Technologies in September, 2007 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations where he is responsible for the Sale and Delivery of PEAK Technologies' Service portfolio. Prior to joining PEAK, Mr. Gale served as Director of Professional Services at Psion Teklogix, headquartered in Erlanger, KY.  In this position, Mr. Gale was responsible for building out the SAP and Voice integration services business.  Prior to joining Psion Teklogix, Mr. Gale had a 14 year career at Symbol Technologies, headquartered in Long Island, NY, where he held various positions in the services field.  Mr. Gale also later became Director of North America Professional Services at Symbol Technologies before leaving to join Psion Teklogix.

Mr. Gale holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Long Island University in Brookville, NY.  Mr. Gale has more than 25 years in the Auto ID and Technology Industries.

Roger Schnebel - Vice President, Procurement

Roger Schnebel joined PEAK Technologies in February, 2009 as part of PEAK's acquisition of Integrated Labeling Systems, Inc.  Currently, Mr. Schnebel holds the position of Vice President of Procurement where he is responsible for Supply Chain activities related to Procurement, Vendor Management and Inventory.  Prior to joining PEAK, Mr. Schnebel was a Principal at Integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. based in Nashua, NH since 1986 and helped grow the company while holding various sales and operational positions. 

Prior to Integrated Labeling Systems, Inc., Mr. Schnebel was National Sales Manager for Nashua Corporation's Label Products Division based in Nashua, NH for 6 years. Mr. Schnebel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA.  Mr. Schnebel has more than 30 years in the Auto ID and Labeling Industries.

Tim Wills - Vice President, Marketing & Support

Tim Wills joined PEAK Technologies in September, 1999 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing and Support where he is responsible for Marketing, Communications, Products/Solutions, Vendor Management, and Solutions Consulting.  Prior to joining PEAK, Mr. Wills served in various sales and marketing positions at Preston Company, headquartered in Preston, MD. 

Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.  Mr. Wills has more than 14 years in the Auto ID and Logistics/Supply Chain Industries.

Vicki L. Pillsbury - Vice President, Manufacturing & Logistics

Vicki Pillsbury joined PEAK in 2001 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing & Logistics. Her current responsibilities include management of sales, manufacturing, and procurement for Telpar, a PEAK Technologies managed division that designs, manufactures and distributes its own line of direct thermal and impact kiosk and specialty receipt printers.  Ms. Pillsbury is also responsible for inventory control for Telpar and PEAK's service logistics function, as well as PEAK's facilities. Additionally, Ms. Pillsbury is a Business Process Owner for the company's SAP system, along with the project leader for the acquisition of Integrated Labeling Systems (ILS).

Prior to joining PEAK, Ms. Pillsbury had 18 years of manufacturing experience with Moore Business Equipment with the last 8 years in the position of Supervisor of all assembly and test activities. During her tenure with Moore Business Equipment, Ms. Pillsbury was instrumental in the adoption of lean manufacturing principles.
