PEAK provides nationwide onsite repair services on Bursters, Detachers, Decollators, Paper Shredders, Paper Folders, Check Signers, Check Imprinters, Paper Joggers, Barcode Document Readers, Roll Feed Systems Including Cutters, Unwinders, Rewinders and complete Roll-To-Sheet Systems.

Onsite Repair

PEAK provides nationwide onsite repair and maintenance services throughout the US and Canada. We understand mission critical applications and have many customers utilizing our 24 X 7 coverage option with a 4-hour response.

PEAK's onsite service is as easy as 1-2-3...

  1. Customers call 800-PEAK-FIX and place a request for service by providing the equipment serial numbers.
  2. The PEAK Customer Service Engineer contacts the customer by phone within one (1) hour of dispatch to confirm the problem and provide an arrival time.
  3. A PEAK Customer Service Engineer (CSE) is dispatched to the customer's site to perform the repair and maintenance services.

Service calls are provided within the time frame agreed upon. (The standard maintenance period is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the time zone where the equipment is located and excludes PEAK recognized holidays.)
