Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ServiceTRAC enables you to submit work orders, track open service calls, manage service performance, and access service call histories in near real time, via the Internet and from any location.

Any PEAK customer with a contract for onsite service or depot service can use ServiceTRAC. The program is ideal for IT or operations managers with multiple sites and equipment to oversee, and customers with large amounts of equipment under contract that they need to manage.
