DECISIONONE AND PEAK TECHNOLOGIES PARTNER TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE MULTI-VENDOR SUPPORT TO CUSTOMERS
OneSource Field Deployment Provides IBM Peripheral Support to PEAK's Nationwide Customers and PEAK Provides Barcode Printer Expertise for DecisionOne
FRAZER, PA (July 29, 2003) — DecisionOne announced today its partnership with PEAK Technologies (PEAK), a Moore Wallace company, and international systems integrator of automated identification and data collection (AIDC) systems specializing in software, hardware, peripherals, service and support.

Under this mutually beneficial partnership, DecisionOne will supplement PEAK’s national field service organization to provide PEAK’s customers with comprehensive IBM peripheral support. As part of PEAK’s enterprise-wide service solution, DecisionOne will provide telephone support and same day on-site repair to PEAK customers’ high speed, high capacity, IBM printers connected to mission critical mainframe and midframe systems. PEAK will provide DecisionOne with support for barcode systems, laser, line matrix, and desktop printers to customers who have mixed printer environments. This partnership allows both PEAK and DecisionOne the ability to provide their respective customers with comprehensive service and support solutions.
