PEAK’s RFID services include: RFID Site Analysis — A functional and technical analysis of the installation site to start and build the system solution based on physical and operational characteristics of the proposed environment. RFID System Pilot — Setup of a customer-owned subset of the RFID hardware in a controlled scenario in the production environment. The system is then tested against the project’s RFID Test Plan to confirm the proposed system solution. Testing and Integration — A quality assurance and control step in our methodology to ensure the performance of the hardware and completeness of the solution. This phase involves product configuration, firmware level verification, and hardware testing. All system components are received at one staging center (Test and Integration Lab); includes testing and integrating the components, documenting the system, and loading the associated information into PEAK’s support and maintenance database then shipping a complete system ready for installation and activation. Infrastructure — A comprehensive network cabling and power infrastructure service to provide a “turn-key” low risk implementation. Utilizing our site analysis, PEAK will determine what network cable and power infrastructure services are required and assemble a tailored quotation for each site. RFID System Install — Installation and configuration of the RFID hardware solution in your production environment. A pre-installation checklist is sent prior to arriving on site. PEAK will verify that your site is ready for installation then test the system against the project’s RFID Test Plan to confirm the system solution. Advanced Training — System administration, support, and user training available in a one-on- one, on the job, train-the-trainer, and end user formats. PEAK will customize the training content and format and provide specific training documentation to suit your needs. Go Live Support — A PEAK engineer will be on site for a pre-determined number of hours to assist you with any problems that may be encountered with the PEAK supplied system.
