Gary brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, leading global, high-performing teams through transformation, productivity and strategy initiatives. Before joining Peak, he held senior leadership roles at Honeywell and – most recently – Brady IPS, where he led service, software, OEM and voice guidance businesses.
He also brings deep expertise in sales operations, analytics and customer delivery. As COO, Gary is responsible for all aspects of Peak’s Services business, including Field, Depot, Managed, Professional and OEM Services. His key priorities include attach and renewals, operational discipline, service delivery performance, and driving new services and software offerings.
