Peak Technologies – Zebra Print Issues After Microsoft Update

To our Peak Technologies Zebra Printer Customers,

 

We are aware of reports that that Windows update KB5004945 issued on July 6th might make printing to certain printers difficult. This issue affects various brands and models, but primarily to printers that connect using a USB port.

 

Microsoft previously addressed this issue in a “Known Issue Rollback” on July 8th, and has now addressed the issue as a part of their July 13th  Windows update, within the KB5004237 update.
